Manatee rescued in Texas released in Gulf Coast wildlife refuge after flying to Florida on cargo plane

TexasTeeMiguel, an adult male manatee, was found in Texas waters in early December suffering from cold stress and weighing just over 800 pounds. He was released Wednesday into Kings Bay in Crystal River, Florida weighing 1,200 pounds.
