Uvalde cop’s request to take out shooter prior to school massacre went unanswered

A Uvalde, Texas police officer who had an opportunity to take out Salvador Ramos before the alleged gunman entered Robb Elementary School and took 21 lives got no answer from superiors when he asked to take the shot.
