Judge rejects plea deals for couple accused of selling nuclear sub secrets

A federal judge has tossed the plea agreements for a Navy engineer and his wife because the prison terms called for in the deals were not severe enough for a couple accused of selling information about nuclear-powered submarines to a foreign government.
