Man charged with murder in hit-and-run that killed 3 outside Chicago gay bar

Tavis Dunbar, 34, was arrested Monday and charged with three counts of first-degree murder and one count of first-degree attempted murder in connection to the Aug. 14 incident outside The Jeffrey Pub, one of Chicago’s longest-running LGBTQ bars.
