The county official arrested in last week’s stabbing death of investigative reporter Jeff German was taken into custody with self-inflicted wounds, police said Thursday. Clark County Public Administrator Robert Telles was taken into custody after his DNA was found at the crime scene and a search yielded bloody shoes and a cut-up straw hat matching the assailant's disguise.
