Stalker who threatened to torture, kill actress Eva LaRue and her young daughter sentenced to prison

Prosecutors say that James David Rogers, 58, mailed approximately 37 handwritten and typed letters to the actress between March 2007 and June 2015. He also sent a letter to her daughter, who was 5 years old when the threats started, stating that “I am the man who has been stalking for the last 7 years. Now I have my eye on you too.”
