At least 27 hospitalized after carbon monoxide leak at Pennsylvania day care, officials say

Children were among the victims in the incident at the Happy Smiles Learning Center, officials said. Officials arrived to the scene after receiving a call about an unconscious child, and detected that carbon monoxide was prevalent.
