Convicted rapist, burglar caught in Florida after escaping prison, kidnapping man during frantic manhunt: authorities

Two dangerous inmates are back in custody Monday after escaping from a Tennessee prison, kidnapping a man and stealing a truck from another victim during a wild manhunt over the weekend, authorities said. Robert Brown, a convicted rapist serving an 18-year sentence, and Christopher Osteen, who’s serving eight years in prison for burglary, walked out of a minimum-security facility in northeast Tennessee early Friday morning.
